负责辉耀RCSO模式创新与运营、渠道策略优化、医院准入项目和创新商业合作项目的执行。 岗位职责 辉耀 RCSO 模式创新与运营 协同区域商务团队制定业务规划、跟进销售预估和进展 定期拜访商业合作伙伴，识别业务机会、支持业务策略的调整和优化 基于CSO业务模式特点和区域经验，总结最佳实践、优化业务模式 渠道策略优化 作为各BU BP，协助收集BU需求，协同商务相关职能形成解决方案 协助跟进与战略合作商业集团层面的沟通，落实战略性渠道布局试点 医院准入项目管理 协同BU/CFCD以及区域商务团队，评估、设定医院准入目标并推动达成 协同BU相关团队制定重点产品的医院准入策略、价值主张和关键信息 优化医院准入项目SOP、跟进机制，开展定期准入数据分析 定期拜访合作商业，探索创新医院准入合作模式 创新商业合作项目 根据公司重点产品生命周期特点，支持创新商业合作项目的设计 协同区域商务和商业伙伴推进核心VBP产品的保列名和解限控工作 定期组织总部工作组会议、参加区域四方会，助力解决业务难点 岗位要求： 本科学历或以上（医学或药学专业优先）  3年以上MNC医药企业工作经验（销售、商务相关经验者优先） 需要具备的能力： 对市场、流通行业、政策变化的敏锐度（marketing understanding） 情境领导能力（leadership） 跨职能/内外部沟通和协同能力（Collaboration） 数据分析和洞察能力（Analytical） 快速适应市场和组织变化的能力（Adoption & Agility）      Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
