目的          为了安全、及时、保质保量的完成各种生产任务，在符合公司质量标准，国家药品、食品质量标准、安全及劳动法规条件下，参加各类注册产品的生产。 职责范围 生产运行 根据相关标准操作规程（ SOP）及批生产记录的要求完成产品生产工作。根据数据完整性要求填写岗位日志及批记录。 产品质量控制 遵守药品生产质量管理规范（ GMP）要求及公司总部辉瑞质量标准（ PQS）要求，所有操作按标准操作规程执行，使产品质量得到有效保证。 设备维护与管理 对 生产 设备进行有效的日常清洁、维护、操作，使设备有效运行，并确保设备在校验有效期内使用。 安全与卫生 为了保证生产的安全进行，保证生产现场清洁卫生，符合国家及公司合规要求，遵守相应的管理措施。 新产品、新设备与新工艺 为保证新产品、新设备与新工艺顺利实施，参与新产品试制和新设备的调试。 团队精神 为了完成团队共同目标，团结其它员工，认真进行交接班，及时报告偏差。 员工纪律 遵守相关的员工守则，服从工作安排。 遵守公司有关环境、健康、安全（ EHS）相关政策和规定，并完成 EHS相关工作 确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求 协助日常验证及新验证项目的实施 对相关生产文件及 SOP的审阅及修订提出建议 完成主管分配的其它工作 任职要求 教育程度 /经验 : 中专及以上学历，具有药品生产操作 2 年以内工作经验。 特别知识 制药行业 GMP知识 微生物基础知识 个人卫生行为规范 洁净更衣行为规范 无菌及洁净室行为规范 消毒和灭菌操作知识 英语和计算机基础知识 其它国家药品法规，劳动法、环保法等 技能： 洁净区更衣 灭菌物料的存放及使用 无菌区卫生操作 物料进入洁净区 协调、沟通能力、分析判断能力及团队合作能力 基本的语言表达文字书写能力    Work Location Assignment: On Premise Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
