Assess the transaction and challenge the requestor for the availability of funds or credit approval where appropriate. Determine and prevent client transactions that would result in collateral shortfall or limit excess post transaction unless prior approval is in place. Handle time sensitive transactions in a timely manner (across APAC and Middle East time zone) and escalate issues where appropriate. Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion People Management Create an environment where people management and development is the number one priority. Addresses individual performance issues, where necessary, to drive for high performance. Your skills and experience Educational qualification: Masters in Finance or equivalent Master’s degree. Prior work experience of at least 10 years in financial services preferably in Wealth Management business Possesses good analytical skills and an independent decision-maker mindset with ability to support or defend conclusions.
