Job Description: Job Title Portfolio Management Corporate Title Associate Location Jacksonville, FL Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate with banking experience to join our team. This role supports the accurate reporting, analysis, and control of financial and performance metrics used by senior management and business stakeholders. The Associate will assist in the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks, perform data validation, and variance analysis, and contribute to the integrity of financial and management information. The ideal Associate will have a foundational understanding of banking products and operations, strong analytical skills, and an interest in financial controls, reporting, and data governance within a regulated financial environment. Support ad-hoc analysis, issue remediation, and special projects as needed Document assumptions, methodologies, and control procedures to support transparency and auditability Skills You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field Proficient experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to analytics or reporting Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic macros, formulas) and Tableau (dashboard creation, data visualization) Familiarity with Structured Query Language or data querying tools is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner Skills That Will Help You Excel Experience with other Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Power BI, Qlik) Awareness of regulatory reporting requirements in banking Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated interest in developing a career withing Finance or Product Control Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
