Your work will involve providing advice and guidance to clients on indirect tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping businesses navigate complex indirect tax regulations and optimise their indirect tax positions. Your Impact In this role, you will shape and deliver cutting‑edge customs and global trade technology solutions: Provide Global Trade Management (GTM) consulting with a focus on SAP GTS, Analytics and AI-based solutions for customs and trade. Research innovative solutions, prepare client-ready demos, test system functionalities and document processes in SAP GTS, Analytics and AI solutions. Continuously track the evolution, competitive landscape and market trends for GTM solutions, with particular emphasis on SAP GTS, Analytics and AI. Prepare compelling proposals and marketing materials for our Customs Technology services and coordinate cross-border engagements with PwC firms abroad. Manage orders and projects end to end: perform risk and independence assessments, finalize engagements, handle billing, and oversee project planning and tracking. Investigate, troubleshoot and respond to client inquiries via PwC’s SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) helpdesk. Your Skills You bring a strong mix of technical and consulting capabilities and enjoy working in an international environment: At least 4 years’ experience working with SAP GTS, Customs Analytics or AI solutions for trade in an international setting. Knowledge of SAP GTS Customs Management, Compliance Management and/or Trade Preference Management   or   Customs Analytics and AI for trade. Experience in transitions / migrations to SAP GTS Edition for HANA. Completion of at least one end‑to‑end SAP GTS implementation cycle. Solid understanding of SAP SD and MM processes. SAP GTS configuration skills; experience with SAP debugging / ABAP and consulting services is an advantage. Hands‑on experience with Customs Analytics and/or AI solutions for customs and trade. Strong service-oriented mindset; you enjoy interacting with people and are willing to travel to serve clients. High level of comfort working with numbers and a clear affinity for technology. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills, especially for digital/IT and process-related challenges. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, listening and communication skills. Fluency in English; German and/or French is a strong plus.
