主要职责： 1.制订并执行KA客户在区域内的年度销售计划，完成KA客户的年度销售目标，完成或超越完成公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务； 2. 协助所负责的KA客户对年度投入进行费用测算，确保按照年度分解指标实现销售业绩；按合作计划约定跟进落实KA客户重点分部及门店市场活动及相关培训开展，实现定期拜访并及时反馈/建议； 3.按照月度管理KA客户销售产品的数据整理及测算，做好沟通反馈，确保数据详实准确； 4.跟踪KA客户进销存数据，及时进行分析，向管理层和销售团队提供有价值的数据信息； 5.审核所负责KA客户的陈列协议，费用控制在预算内； 6.协调公司总部在KA客户开展的合作项目，做好项目的推进及协调沟通工作，提升客户的数据安全性； 7. 监控和分析市场发展趋势，挖掘区域市场机会，为公司策略的制订提供反馈和建议； 8. 协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动，合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程，确保其真实有效地开展； 9.  熟悉对当前及未来业务有影响的政策，必要情况下可根据公司的要求，与相关职能部门合作，参与或协调所辖区域的市场准入工作； 10. 建立和保持有效沟通系统，定期与上级经理汇报区域工作进展，与NKA团队及其他部门建立协作关系； 11. 为制订和修改销售相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议，以实现高效率的销售运作； 12. 支持公司的各项创新举措，主动探索创新的机会和方法； 13. 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。 岗位要求： 教育： 大学本科及以上学历，医学，药学，生命科学等相关专业优先。 工作经验： 外部应聘者需3年或以上制药行业同等公司的销售工作经验。 有2年以上销售管理经验或KA客户管理经验者优先。 技能： 良好的中英文表达、写作能力和办公软件操作技能。 具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识。 具备较强的影响力和策略性思维能力。 具备较强的沟通，计划，组织和问题解决能力。 具有较强的团队合作意识。 具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。 善于自我激励，自我挑战和管理压力。 诚信： 能够严格管理自己的行为，确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律，包括但不限于FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信，保持真实透明，在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。 Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
