Buscamos un especialista senior para unirse a nuestro equipo de Productos de Financiación a Empresas en Madrid. En este puesto, serás responsable de: Desarrollar proyectos estratégicos para el área de Productos de Financiación a Empresas. Proporcionar soporte técnico especializado sobre productos y soluciones de préstamo a nuestros clientes empresa. Diseñar e implementar soluciones técnicas en diferentes entornos en respuesta a problemas del negocio. Idealmente, deberás tener un profundo conocimiento de métricas de capital, análisis de escenarios de riesgo y funciones de control relacionadas en todas las líneas de negocio del banco. La experiencia con herramientas de Microsoft Office como Excel, así como con SAS, Oracle y SQL será un plus. Responsabilidades Desarrollar e implementar los objetivos y la estrategia para clientes empresas a largo plazo. Convertir las estrategias de negocio en planes comerciales ejecutables. Supervisar las operaciones del día a día para garantizar la eficiencia, la productividad y la consecución de los objetivos del área de empresas. Gestionar los recursos del departamento (presupuestos, infraestructura, etc.). Mantener una comunicación regular con el área de negocio para comprender sus necesidades, desarrollando mejoras de los productos y sistemas que les ayuden en su día a día. Realizar un seguimiento comercial periódico de la evolución de las distintos KPIs y objetivos del área de empresas. Analizar y proponer mejoras en los sistemas, procesos y servicios. Habilidades Posees una gran capacidad analítica y trabajas con eficacia en entornos diversos y equipos multidisciplinares. Cuentas con un buen conocimiento de los productos de financiación para empresas (líneas de crédito, confirming, financiación de pagos, entre otros). Aportas un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia relevante en el sector financiero en un puesto similar. Tienes un amplio dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, aplicándolo de forma avanzada en tu trabajo diario. Demuestras sólidas habilidades de comunicación en inglés y colaboras con fluidez con equipos internacionales. El conocimiento de tecnologías como SAS, Oracle o SQL se considera un plus. In this role, you will be responsible for: Developing strategic projects for the Lending area. Assisting the Lending COO in the completion of the different tasks of the role. Providing specialized technical support on lending products and solutions to our business clients. Designing and implementing technical solutions in different environments in response to business problems. Ideally you will have a deep knowledge on capital metrics, risk scenario analysis and related control functions across the Bank’s business lines. Expertise in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, and SAS and SQL will be a bonus. Responsibilities Develop and implement the long-term strategic goals and vision. Skills Very strong analytical skills and ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations. Knowledge of business banking lending products (credit lines, confirming, payments financing…). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the financial service industry in a similar role. Wide knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. Strong English capabilities. Proficient in English communication and skilled at collaborating with diverse international teams. Knowledge of other technologies such as SAS, Oracle and SQL will be a bonus.
