Responsibilities - Oversee service quality and application maintenance activities - Analyze intricate problems and propose practical solutions - Mentor and guide junior team members in their development - Build and maintain sturdy client relationships - Coordinate release activities across various IT applications - Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance service delivery - Manage issue resolution processes for application-related challenges - Utilize cloud-based solutions to drive operational effectiveness Additional Responsibilities This role will be working as a Service and Release Manager with IT Applications and development teams managing service quality and new features / fixes delivered across all their applications (cloud based solutions, WD, Salesforce, Confluent, APigee, Service Now, ADO, etc) They will help coordinate application issue resolution and help plan application maintenance and release activities working across multiple teams.
