You can expect:   Competitive salary and non-contributory pension 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days Life Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your family A range of flexible benefits including Retail Discounts, a Bike4Work scheme and Gym benefits The opportunity to support a wide ranging CSR programme + 2 days’ volunteering leave per year Your key responsibilities Responsible for the structuring of GFX transactions for corporate clients, including idea generation, product development, marketing, structuring and execution Meeting corporate clients alongside Sales to maintain and develop the Bank’s GFX franchise Produce high quality analysis and content to help corporate clients better understand their exposures, and propose hedge solutions mitigating such risks Advise clients on the risk management of everything from day-to-day cash flow exposures to risks relating to strategic situations including event driven Identify GFX opportunities across DB’s portfolio of Corporate clients and drive the implementation of ideas    Your skills and experience Educated to Bachelors/Masters degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) (or economics/finance with mathematics focus) Previous relevant experience in Foreign Exchange (FX) Structuring Track record of pricing, structuring & executing FX derivatives and structured products Understanding of corporate risk management including IFRS Experience in modelling and back-testing hedging strategies Comfortable presenting to clients & explaining complex ideas How we’ll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs We value diversity and as an equal opportunities’ employer, we make reasonable adjustments for those with a disability such as the provision of assistive equipment if required (e.g. screen readers, assistive hearing devices, adapted keyboards) About us Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network.
