职责概述 医学信息沟通地区经理负责管理所辖区域的一切业务，包括制订和实施区域的工作目标和发展计划，建立一个绩效良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队。对客户的需求做出适当反应以实现区域的各项工作 目标。对医学信息沟通专员的行为进行规范和监管，对他们的专业技能提升和学习发展规划提供辅导和支 持。 主要工作和任务 1.    制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划，推动团队实现公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任 务。 2.    招聘符合公司基本要求的人员（包括各种雇佣形式和编制），定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估，实施奖惩或激励措施。 3.    制订并执行培养团队成员合规意识的计划，规范其工作行为，确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。 4.    制订并执行提升团队成员的专业知识和技能的计划，并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。 5.    通过有计划的随访，在与专员讨论区域业务及市场活动时对其进行针对性的辅导。 6.    监控和分析市场发展趋势，挖掘区域市场机会，为公司策略的制订提供反馈和建议。 7.    协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动，合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程，确保其真实有效地开展。 8.    与区域内关键客户保持持续的沟通，建立并持续优化合作伙伴关系。 9.    熟悉对当前及未来业务有影响的政策，必要情况下可根据公司的要求，与相关职能部门合作，参与或协调所辖区域的市场准入工作。 10. 建立和保持有效沟通系统，包括定期召开地区会议，定期与上级经理汇报区域工作进展，与其他部门建立协作关系。 11. 为制订和修改业务相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议，以实现高效率的业务运作。 12. 支持公司的各项创新举措，带领团队成员执行新举措，并且主动探索创新的机会和方法。 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。 任职要求 ·             教育： -           大学专科及以上学历，医学，药学，生命科学等相关专业优先。 ·             技能： -           熟练使用 MS Office ，英语良好。 -           具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识。 -           具备较强的影响力和策略性思维能力。 -           具备较强的沟通，计划，组织和问题解决能力。 -           具备较强的团队合作意识。 -           具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。 -           善于自我激励，自我挑战和管理压力。 ·             经验： -           至少 3 年制药行业同等公司的医药代表工作经验，具备符合合规要求的优秀的绩效记录 , 具备管理 潜力。 -           有制药行业业务管理经验者优先。 ·             诚信： -           能够严格管理自己的行为，确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律，包括但 不限于 FCPA ( 《反海外腐败法》 ) 及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信，保持真 实透明，在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。 ·             内部申请资格： -           内部申请人需符合现行合规调查流程，处分等级 & 时限等的要求。 -           至少有 2 年以上辉瑞医药代表工作经验；萌芽优先。 -           过去两年的绩效， 需达到或超过团队平均水平。 Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
