Job Description: Details of the Division and Team:     The candidate will be responsible for marketing and execution of new solutions trades across DB’s institutional and corporate client base in South Asia with a focus on India. The individual will cover clients together with sales and work together with trading and other internal stakeholders to design and execute solutions tailored to the client’s specific problem statement. The candidate should have a robust understanding of client’s underlying business activity and capital structure, their objectives and constraints, experience in structuring and mitigating financial and non-financial risks, a strong grip on derivative legal documentation, very strong interpersonal skills and a robust work ethic. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory bodies, as well as follow DB internal policies for internal review and approvals for transactions. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Identify and assess the various risks inherent to specific client transactions (market risks, credit risk, legal & compliance, operational risk).
