Together we can make a great impact for our clients at home and abroad, securing their lasting success and financial security.  Responsibilities In this position, you will join the Payment Processing team, where you will support the end-to-end processing of cash management and payment transactions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely processing, managing repairs, and helping maintain operational stability and compliance in a regulated banking environment. Execute and oversee payment processing activities across cash management and related corporate banking products, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with internal controls and procedures. Take ownership for repairs, including root cause identification and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders. Apply and support ISO 20022 standards within daily payment processing activities. Support end-to-end (Front-to-Back) processing, ensuring data completeness, accuracy and operational integrity across systems. Identify and escalate operational, regulatory or process-related issues in a timely manner and contribute to mitigation actions. Act as a key operational contact for time-critical or complex payment cases within the processing scope. Serve as an operations counterpart for testing activities and system changes, supporting operational readiness and issue resolution in collaboration with IT and change teams. Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and documentation updates within the payment operations environment. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and the Bank´s risk and control framework. Skills Proven experience in payment processing, cash operations or related operational roles within a banking environment. Solid knowledge of ISO 20022 payment standards and their application in payments context. Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and payment related compliance requirements. Experience working with banking systems (e.g. core banking platforms, SWIFT); Avaloq is a strong advantage. Exposure to payment-related regulatory reporting or control topics is considered an advantage. Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills and the ability to work reliably in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. Affinity for technology and system-driven processes, with an interest in understanding end-to-end payment flows. Fluent English required, German is an advantage.
