Job Description & Summary PwC est à la recherche d’un Consultant Modern Workplace / Power Platform pour accompagner ses clients dans leur transformation digitale en s’appuyant sur les technologies Microsoft 365 et Power Platform. Dans ce rôle stratégique, le consultant contribuera à la conception, au déploiement et à l’adoption des solutions Modern Workplace, tout en participant à l’amélioration continue des environnements collaboratifs et à la productivité des équipes. Il aura pour mission d’aider les organisations à moderniser leur environnement de travail, en concevant, déployant et gouvernant des solutions Microsoft 365 adaptées aux besoins métiers. Il jouera également un rôle clé dans la facilitation de l’adoption auprès des utilisateurs, en veillant à la cohérence, la sécurité et l’efficacité des outils mis en place. Le Consultant Modern Workplace / Power Platform intervient sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des solutions Microsoft 365 ; Responsabilités clés Déployer les composants M365 : Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer/Viva Engage. Optimiser et supporter les outils collaboratifs : Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Planner, To‑Do. Définir ou optimiser l’architecture, les processus, la gouvernance et les méthodes de déploiement. Concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions Power Apps, Power Automate et Power BI. Traduire les besoins métiers en solutions techniques Power Platform. Participer à la gestion du backlog, aux tests et à l’amélioration continue. Gérer ou intégrer les éléments liés à Intune, EMS, AD / Azure AD, DNS, GPO. Assurer la gouvernance, la conformité et le bon pilotage des environnements Modern Workplace. Accompagner les utilisateurs et équipes métiers dans l’adoption M365 / Power Platform. Rédiger documentation technique, procédures, guides utilisateurs et tutoriels. Animer des ateliers, formations et workshops clients. Compétences recherchées Expérience ≥ 3–5 ans dans le Modern Workplace ou Power Platform. Certifications appréciées : PL‑900, MS‑700, MS‑900, MS‑102. Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, indispensable dans les contextes internationaux. Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange). Expertise Power Platform : Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI. Connaissances en Azure AD / Active Directory, sécurité et gouvernance. Scripting PowerShell apprécié. Notions en SCCM/Intune, SQL Server, packaging applicatif. Bonne communication, pédagogie et sens du service. Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’équipe et adaptabilité.
