Job Description & Summary  Responsabilités : Coordination et gouvernance des projets Élaborer et suivre les plannings des projets Assurer la cohérence et la fluidité des informations entre les parties prenantes. Assurer le suivi opérationnel et financier des projets. Elaborer et industrialiser les processus de gestion de projet. Gestion des ressources Identifier et allouer les ressources nécessaires (humaines, financières, matérielles) Gérer le budget des projets et proposer des ajustements si nécessaire. Suivi et Reporting Suivre l'avancement des projets et rendre compte régulièrement au Delivery Manager. Rédiger des comptes rendus de réunion et des rapports de suivi. Gestion des risques Identifier les risques et mettre en place des plans d'action pour les atténuer. Amélioration continue ·Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les processus de gestion de projet. Participer à la formation et au développement des compétences des équipes. Compétences métier :  Solide expérience dans le domaine de l’IT. Connaissance approfondie dans la gestion des projets en utilisant différentes méthodologies agiles, Kanban, Waterfall… Capacité à coordonner et à motiver des équipes pluridisciplinaires Compétences en gestion budgétaire et financière. Capacité à identifier et à gérer les risques Capacité à analyser et résoudre les problèmes et proposer des solutions efficaces. Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, JIRA, etc.). Compétences comportementales : Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire  Bonne communication en français et en anglais
