This is a contractor role with a fixed term period of 1,5 years. Responsibilities: Manage and process specific accounting and operational transactions, ensure support in statutory reporting, maintain Master Data. Accounting: Provide support on Statutory Financial Reporting Prepare specific MJEs Maintain Fixed Assets register (statutory and corporate), prepare NOEM & Capitalization forms, write offs and invoices Provide reports and analysis based on auditor request or any other audit missions Ensure technical support on T&E + preparation of induction training Purchase orders review (finance review and approval) Electronic invoice support (ensure invoices transfer, review errors, PO & EPAY match) Operational: Participate on annual inventory Maintain electronic and physical archive PO creation, EPAYs, CBP Master Data Management: Manage : Price Book Customer Master Data Cost Centers Projects (WBS creation and annual WBS logic) Purpose Breakthroughs that change patients' lives...
