职责概述 通过和中央市场部产品组和大区销售管理团队的紧密合作，根据区域市场的发展趋势，整合各方信息，挖掘市场机会，制订和执行大区产品推广策略和活动计划，优化客户体系及业务模式，提升大区专业推广能力，从而帮助大区达成或超越各项业务目标。 主要工作和任务 1.    整合分析区域市场信息，掌握区域市场动态和趋势，承接中央市场部的策略，制订有大区特色的推广策略和活动计划，并根据外部政策环境的变化，分析对大区业务的影响，及时提供建议。 2.    跟进评估区域推广活动的执行（频率和质量），合理分配和控制各项资源，持续提升推广效率。 3.    发展和管理区域关键客户，搭建并持续优化合作平台，提升品牌影响力。 4.    通过组织培训，或与MICS和DM协访/共访，指导并落实产品策略执行和产品信息传递。 5.    负责沟通和协调中央市场部项目的执行，对项目的进展和效果提供反馈和建议。 6.    及时向中央市场部提供区域市场动态，大客户反馈等信息以便中央市场部规划或调整市场策略。 7.    在公司政策的指引下申请，筹备和组织相关的内外部会议和活动，汇总并及时反馈各类信息。有效管理会议和活动的流程，确保其真实有效地开展。 8.    制订并执行团队的产品知识和专业技能发展计划，提高团队的专业化推广能力。 9.    主动探索业务创新机会，引领区域的创新项目，推动成功模式的复制。 10.    完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。 任职要求 教育： -    大学专科及以上学历，医学，药学，生命科学等相关专业优先。 技能： -    熟练使用MS Office，英语良好。 -    具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识。 -    具备较强的影响力和策略性思维能力。 -    具备较强的沟通，计划，组织和问题解决能力。 -    具备较强的团队合作意识。 -    具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。 -    善于自我激励，自我挑战和管理压力。 经验： -    至少3年制药行业同等公司的销售工作经验，具备符合合规要求的优秀的业绩记录。 -    有市场或销售管理经验者优先。 诚信： -    能够严格管理自己的行为，确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律，包括但不限于FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信，保持真实透明，在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。 内部申请资格： -    内部申请人需符合现行合规调查流程，处分等级&时限等要求。 -    至少有2年以上辉瑞销售工作经验；有销售管理经验优先，萌芽优先。 -    过去两年的销售业绩，达成率&增长率需达到或超过团队平均水平。 核心能力 专业合规:  树立专业影响-整合并创造资源以提升大区整体的专业推广能力，打造专业推广模式。 锻造合规品牌-理解合规各项规定的意义和原则，协助培养团队合规意识，规范团队合规行为，防范合规风险。 业务决断:  洞察市场趋势-进行大区市场分析和布局时，承接中央市场部的策略，同时体现大区市场特色。 挖掘市场机会-整合各方市场信息，通过系统分析把握大区的市场规律并挖掘生意机会。 客户融动:  优化客户体系-有效管理大区KOL，建立KOL人才梯队，把握客户需求，提升品牌影响力。 引导发挥合力-从大区角度推动跨部门合作，主动引导多方协作直至达成目标。 组织发展: 打造专业实力-针对大区人员的实际情况提出切实有效的专业能力优化方案并执行相关培训发展工作。 自主执行:  优化执行方法-积极推动团队执行的同时，不断总结和优化执行方法，并在大区进行推广和复制。积极引领探索。 自我发展:  自主规划发展-洞察自身优势和不足，制定并执行个人发展计划以促进持续学习，主动寻找并利用提升自身能力的机会和资源。 创新变革: 根据市场发展趋势，帮助团队建立创新业务模式或及时优化现有业务模式并进行推广。      Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
