Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer ·Responsibilities: · People Management: Mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing engineers. · Technical Leadership: Formulating technical strategy and roadmaps, driving architecture/design, and ensuring high-quality software releases. · Process & Standards: Taking accountability for the development environment, processes, and standards, and driving continuous improvement in engineering practices and efficiency. · Collaboration: Working with Product Management and other stakeholders to balance delivery with technical excellence. · Operational Accountability: Owning non-functional aspects of the products such as performance, availability, and reliability (a core DevOps principle). · Required Technical Skills · The role requires experience with modern development practices and infrastructure: · Cloud Technologies: Experience with public clouds, preferably Azure and AWS. · Development Practices: Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development), CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment), and automation. · Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. · Observability: Familiarity with building and maintaining Centralized observability platform using Prometheus/Grafana or EFK stacks. Metrics/Logs/Traces collection along with Dashboarding, Defining thresholds and alerting.
