职责概述 医学信息沟通专员在医学信息沟通地区经理的领导和辅导下，负责所辖区域内的产品学术推广和客户专业支持，如拜访客户传递 / 沟通 / 反馈药品信息、召开产品学术推广活动等，从而实现工作目标（包括但不限于专业技能、行为、合规及业绩等综合考评目标）。 主要工作和任务 1.           在公司政策和程序指引下向客户提供及时准确的专业支持，建立合作伙伴关系。 2.           在公司政策和程序指引下充分利用资源进行有效的客户拜访，实现工作目标。 3.           在公司政策和程序指引下规划和组织各种学术会议或活动。 4.           通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式，收集市场和客户反馈的信息，进行分析，反馈和建议。 5.           与上级经理，同事和其他部门的业务伙伴保持有效的联络，发现和促进各种合作机会。 6.           在上级经理的辅导下，把握各种学习机会不断提升专业知识和能力。 7.           执行公司推行的各项新举措，在公司政策和程序引导下探索创新和优化的机会。 8.           完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。 任职要求 ·          教育： -         大学专科及以上学历，医学，药学，生命科学等相关专业优先。 ·          技能： -           熟练使用 MS Office ，英语良好。 -           具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作意识。 -           具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。 -           善于自我激励，自我挑战和管理压力。 ·          经验 ： -         医药行业相关工作经验优先。 ·          诚信： -   能够严格管理自己的行为，确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律，包括但不限于 FCPA ( 《反海外腐败法》 ) 及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信，保持真实透 明，在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。 ·          内部申请资格： -    内部申请人需符合合规调查流程，处分等级 & 时限等要求。 核心能力 专业合规 : 坚持专业推广 - 掌握并正确运用产品，治疗，疾病领域的知识，面对客户展现专业形象。严格坚守合规 - 工作中严格遵从合规要求，及时澄清问题并报告有合规风险的行为。   业务决断 : 把握市场动态 - 随时把握市场动态，并且能敏锐地发现学术推广机会。 有效利用信息 - 合法合规地收集和运用信息，有理有据地分析并从中挖掘学术推广机会。   客户融动 : 提供专业支持 - 积极与外部客户，包括医生，专家和其他合作伙伴进行互动，快速响应客户的学术需求，准确及时地提供专业支持。 主动促进合作 - 对内部客户主动沟通，寻求机会促进相互理解，建立合作关系。   自主执行 : 高效准确执行 - 及时准确不打折扣地执行各项工作。 主动承担任务 - 对待工作认真负责，有始有终，遇到问题主动承担，遇到困难坚持达成目标。 自我发展 : 主动提升能力 - 把握内外部各种学习机会和资源，不断提升自身的能力和适应力。   创新变革 : 积极拥抱变化 - 用开放的心态面对创新和变化，积极尝试新方法。 Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
