Job Description: Job Title Legal Counsel Location London Corporate Title Vice President The Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement (LRE) team is responsible for managing the Bank's contentious legal matters. As a member of this team, you will serve as a key-contributor overseeing and providing legal advice on litigation disputes, regulatory enforcement investigations and pre-litigation matters. This role will require interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders, collaboration across functions, management and development of strategy on a variety of complex litigations and regulatory enforcement matters, including instructing and overseeing external counsel, briefing and advising internal senior stakeholders and advising and supporting on internal investigations. Coordinating with other functions including Comms, AFC and Regulatory Management Advising other functions on contentious issues including the internal investigations function, transactional legal teams and AFC.
