Job Description: In Scope of Position based Promotions (INTERNAL only) Job Title: Finance Business Advisor, Associate Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: Associate Role Description You will work in the Infrastructure CFO team. The team are responsible for managing, reporting, annual planning, re-statement and challenging costs for all Infrastructure functions in bank partnering with the business to achieve strategic financial targets and outcomes. The role will be aligned to an ‘Infrastructure Finance – Technology Data & Innovation (TDI – Allocation) Apptio team’ You will be primarily responsible for managing allocations for the division including functions planning & analysis activities, month-end compilation, commentary, requiring a strong knowledge of key finance processes and stakeholder management skills. Working with stakeholders and managing them through a structured process to understand their needs, analyse problems and provide solution. Stakeholder management by prompt response to various queries/issues from Finance directors, Business users etc. Preparation for Senior management reviews like QBRs, ICAP etc. Ensure standardization and streamlining of processes and implementation of governance framework around the same. Your skills and experience Professionally qualified person (Postgraduate or Tier I MBA) with >8 years of post-qualification experience Management of high performing teams in a fast-moving environment Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally. Strong knowledge of Month-end financial processes, Financial Analysis and Budgeting processes with experience ideally gained from within Financial Services. Good knowledge of CFO structure, set up and drivers. Ideally degree educated university coupled with a related accounting qualification Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Excellent knowledge of the relevant DB financial systems and -processes (e.g. GGL, SAP etc.).   Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.
