As a Product Owner, you’ll act as an entrepreneur, strategist, technical visionary, and cross‑functional team leader while representing the needs of your clients. You’ll shape the product’s vision, guide what gets built, and oversee its development, launch, and ongoing improvement. In this role, you’ll lead a cross‑functional team and work closely with several SMEs to set priorities, resolve issues, coordinate changes, and keep everyone aligned. You’ll also ensure the backlog is well‑organized—managing priorities, dependencies, and timelines—while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes. Responsibilities Define the product vision, requirements, and roadmap. Collaborate with internal clients to prioritize work based on value and needs. Partner with the squad to design and deliver technical solutions aligned with priorities. Lead the team by providing direction, removing impediments, and supporting successful sprint outcomes. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Skills Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong product thinking with experience in defining vision, roadmaps, and competitive analysis. Solid background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe) and understanding client needs and business dynamics. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, identify process inefficiencies, and drive end‑to‑end solution delivery. Ability to balance strategic discussions with hands‑on coaching, work under pressure, and apply engineering best practices.
