As a Sales Representative at Rentokil, you will play a crucial role in driving new business while nurturing existing customer relationships and helping clients with their pest control needs. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales goals set by the Branch Manager. Adhere to sales procedures diligently. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships. Collaborate with other divisions to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Promote Company products/services, aiming for: Monthly contract sales budget Monthly product sales budget Monthly job sales budget Effective sales strategy includes: 6 confirmed customer appointments daily 8 prospect calls daily Conduct weekly reviews and submit daily reports. Mandatory use of activity tracking tool. Identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients. Continuously improve product knowledge and keep up with market trends. Conduct business negotiations to protect company profitability. Work with the General Manager on sales strategies using marketing resources. Align daily activities with KPIs and report via SOLO tool. Provide accurate quotations using "Speed Reporter." Process sales orders using company pricing tools correctly.
