Job Description Accountable for the end-to-end ownership, strategy, and performance of the bank’s Foreign Exchange (FX) product suite across Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, and Retail Banking. The role drives FX product strategy, innovation, revenue growth, risk discipline, and client value, while providing strong leadership across product, sales enablement, trading support, and client coverage teams. This role plays a critical part in positioning the bank as a leading FX provider, balancing sophisticated institutional solutions with scalable, compliant offerings for commercial and retail clients. Are you someone who can: Drive the strategic direction of the Foreign Exchange Product House across all three segments, manage key stakeholder relationships and effectively implement efficiencies and operational processes for the benefit of the business and manage the relevant risk. Create a strong awareness of the environmental and market impacts on the business and implement strategies to defend or take advantage of these and optimize/develop cross border payments process and manage the systems utilized. Oversee the compliance to exchange control rulings and related vetting of cross border flows. Identify and implement new product opportunities and additional currency trading opportunities to grow the size of the market available and develop and implement a pricing strategy to maximise revenue and drive client behaviour. Implement channel strategies to support the objective of placing clients in the most efficient channel and ensure that credit and operational and regulatory risk matters are identified and managed appropriately to support the business You will be an ideal candidate if you: Are a holder of a Post Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Science, or related field Have an ACI Dealing Certificate (ACI DC) or ACI Operations Certificate Professional Certifications (Preferred/Advantageous): CFA Level II or full CFA, Exchange Control or Regulatory accreditation.
