The role entails designing, developing, and maintaining robust data models that support investment and corporate analytics initiatives. The Data Modeller will work closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data structures are optimized for reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Are you someone who can: Data Modeling & Architecture Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for investment and corporate data domains. Develop semantic layers and dimensional models to support analytics, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure models align with enterprise data architecture and governance standards. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business users, data engineers, and analytics teams to gather requirements and translate them into data structures. Represent data domains in architecture strategy discussions and planning sessions. Optimization & Maintenance Evaluate and optimize existing data systems for performance, scalability, and compliance. Maintain metadata repositories and data dictionaries to ensure consistency and traceability. Innovation & Enablement Support the implementation of modern data platforms (e.g., cloud-based data lakehouses). Contribute to enterprise initiatives like AI-enabled analytics, data catalogs, and automation. You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. 5–8+ years of experience in data modeling within financial services or investment domains. Strong understanding of relational, dimensional, and SQL and NoSQL data modeling techniques. Proficiency in tools like Erwin, PowerDesigner, or similar. Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
