Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) The Oracle ERP Service Owner is responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and operational management of two Oracle ERP instances used by the Hitachi Rail GTS division. One instance supports UK operations exclusively, while the second supports operations across nine European countries. The role requires leading a squad consisting of internal and external resources, delivering efficient ERP solutions aligned with business objectives, and managing compliance and operational risks. What will your responsibilities be in this role? Design and maintain the strategic Oracle ERP roadmap. Define KPIs and monitor service performance. Prioritize needs and coordinate deliverables with stakeholders. Manage projects, budgets, and resources (MYB). Oversee contracts and relationships with Oracle and third parties. Ensure legal, compliance, and data privacy adherence. Drive ERP adoption through change management and training. Standardize ERP usage across the organization. Ensure security, data governance, and business continuity. Supervise support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. What are we looking for in a candidate? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree in the field of computer science or computer engineering. Relevant Oracle ERP certifications are highly desirable. Minimum of 8+ years managing Oracle E-Business Suite environments. 5+ years leadership experience, managing distributed teams. Proven experience with ERP integrations, upgrades, and migrations. Certificate in Agile Service Delivery. Certification in ITIL What can candidates expect from us?
