Position Summary     We are seeking a hands-on Senior Developer to build, extend, and   operate   Microsoft Power Platform solutions for enterprise programs. The role centers on end-to-end app and automation development—Model-driven and Canvas apps on Dataverse, robust Power Automate flows, Power Pages portals, and analytics with Power BI—delivered with strong engineering discipline (ALM, DevOps, testing, performance).   You’ll   collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and integration teams (Dynamics 365 CRM/Azure) to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned to Microsoft Success by Design phases.   Required Experience     6–9 years of overall software development experience, with 3–5 years focused on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).   Demonstrated delivery of at least 3+ enterprise Power Platform implementations, including end-to-end lifecycle (requirements, build, test, deploy,   hypercare ).   Solid exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM processes and data models, or adjacent integration scenarios (first- or third-party systems).   Proven experience with ALM practices using Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines, environments) and automated testing strategies for low-code solutions.     Skills Required   Power Platform: Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dynamics 365 modules exposure (Sales, Service, Field Service)   Customization & Development: Power   Fx , JavaScript, C#, custom connectors; UI development basics (HTML/CSS), AI Builder, Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents for   bot   experiences; RPA   Solution Quality: Unit testing, performance optimization, error handling/retry strategies, telemetry   ALM & DevOps: Branching strategies, solution packaging, environment strategy, CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, change governance   Data & Integration: Dataverse schema design, API usage (Web API/OData),   eventing , and secure integration patterns with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management) in collaboration with integration teams   Security & Compliance: Role-based security (security roles, privileges), data loss prevention (DLP) policies, environment strategy,   audit   and monitoring     Skills Nice to Have   Advanced Power BI modeling (DAX, Power Query) and enterprise data sources   Performance/load testing automation for flows/apps; design tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules; implement complex logic with Power   Fx   and JavaScript   Automate processes: Create resilient Power Automate flows (approval, RPA, integration orchestration), with retry/error handling, idempotency, and monitoring   Portal & reporting: Configure Power Pages sites (auth, content, web roles, security) and Power BI reports/dashboards integrated into apps or Teams   Engineering discipline: Own unit testing, SIT/UAT support, packaging, deployment, and   hypercare   per RDC operating model and Success by Design   ALM & environments: Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage solution versions, environment variables/secrets, and release notes;
