1.Provide 1st and/or 2nd level IT support to all Taiwan users./為臺灣的用戶提供一級和/或二級IT支持。 2.Conduct setup, configure, maintain, troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to IT hardware, network and system (Include but not limited to Printers, Local Servers, VMs, Firewall, Router, Computer, Smartphone & Application Systems)./對 IT 硬件、網絡和系統（包括但不限於印表機、本地服務器、VM、防火牆、路由器、電腦、智慧型手機和應用系統）進行相關的設置、配置、維護、故障排除和問題解决。 3.Provide user accounts administration./進行用戶帳戶管理。 4.Asset and inventory management of IT related hardware and software purchased./IT 相關硬件和軟件的資產和庫存管理。 5.Support and coordinate the implementation/upgrade of business application systems./支持和協調業務應用系統的實施/升級。 6.Conduct IT training for internal employees as needed./根據需要並定期對內部員工進行 IT 培訓。 7.Manage day-to-day end user IT support./有效進行最終用戶日常IT支持。 8.Maintain country IT DR plans./更新及維護 IT DR 計劃 9.Additional duties as assigned./完成其他分配的額外職責。 The ideal candidate will possess:/ 理想的候選人將具備： Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related, with at least 5 years relevant working experience in system administration, system implementation, Infrastructure administration and user support./信息技術或相關文憑/學位，在IT系統管理、系統實施、基礎設施管理和用戶支持方面具有至少 5 年相關工作經驗。 Working knowledge in the following is required/需要具備以下工作知識 Windows Server 2012/2016 Windows 10 Microsoft Office Product Suites Infrastructure (VMs & Network devices e.g. Firewalls, Routers, WIFI, VPN) Working knowledge in the following will be an added advantage:/以下方面的工作知識將是額外的優勢： VMware ESX environment & Workspace One Google Workspace (G Suite) Telephony and Call Centre Mobile and social media technologies IT Security & serviceNow Good communication & analytical skills./良好的溝通和分析能力。 Team player who is able to work independently./能夠獨立工作的團隊合作者 Committed and responsible team player with a pleasant personality./忠誠和負責任的團隊合作者，性格開朗。 Highly Desirable: Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills/堅持且注重細節和談判技巧 Ability to do multitasking job/能夠完成多任務工作 Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels/與各個級別的人建立融洽關係的能力 Excellent in both spoken and written Madarin. /優秀的中文口語和書面語。 Ability to converse in English will be an added advantage/能用英語交談的能力 Commercially focussed acumen/專注於商業的敏銳度
