Degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar environment Experience in handling technical solutions that deal with orchestration, client experience, rules engine, onboarding, integration and UI (End to End) Proven experience in service strategy, service operations, or leadership roles in the financial services industry. Expertise in service strategies, service design, and innovation in financial services. Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and client-facing technologies. Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Proven ability to lead service improvement projects and initiatives.
