Job Description: DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. The Requirements Engineer is responsible for solution design as a whole in complex project environments (e.g., transformational programs).   Responsibilities: Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional and technical specifications for solution development and implementation  Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes  Designing and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes  Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation  Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity  Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions    Skills Broad experience  in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions, as part of scrum teams (working directly with the engineers)  Broad experience  in detailing and creation of User Stories, both FE and BE  as well as concepts and specifications for agile delivery teams.  Knowledge about login and security systems, preferably within mobile apps,   Good analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams.  Knowledge of Retail Banking IT (e.g. Frontends & Channels), mobile banking experrience, nice to have  Experience in API design (swagger definition), data mapping and backend specifications.  Strong background in systems integrations based on data-driven Api’s.  Good experience working with diagrams like Use Case Diagrams, BPMN diagrams, Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, State Diagrams.  Hands on in creating test scenarios for Test-Driven Development.  Fluent in spoken and written English, nice to have German at B1 level or higher.  Google Cloud knowledge, nice to have   A passion for constantly learning in a constantly evolving environment.  Well-being & Benefits Emotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.
