Are you someone who can: Collaborate with various teams to identify and streamline processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives .   Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.   Anticipate business needs by analyzing trends and data, proactively suggesting improvements and solutions.   Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, workflows, and stakeholder interactions.   Utilize financial acumen to assess the impact of proposed changes on the organization’s financial performance.   Support the implementation of new initiatives and monitor their effectiveness, maki ng adjustments as necessary.   Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and best practices with team members.   You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, Information Systems, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in a support, operations, or business analyst role. Experience in financial services or digital product environments is advantageous .   Strong process orientation and analytical thinking.   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to anticipate and respond to business needs with agility. Solid understanding of financial principles and data interpretation.
