Responsibilities • Design Agentic Workflows : Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of dynamic decision-making and task execution. • Multi-Agent Collaboration (MCP) : Architect systems where multiple AI agents collaborate to solve complex problems, ensuring robustness and scalability. • AI-to-AI (A2A) Interaction : Build frameworks for seamless communication and coordination between AI systems. • End-to-End Ownership : Lead AI projects from ideation to production, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and ethical compliance. • Stay Ahead : Continuously research and integrate emerging AI trends (e.g., reinforcement learning, multimodal AI, edge AI) into our tech stack. • Optimize & Scale : Improve existing AI systems for performance, cost, and sustainability. Skills • 5–10 years of engineering experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML, Python, and autonomous systems . • Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Experience with Agentic AI : Hands-on experience designing agent-based systems, MCP architectures, or A2A interaction frameworks. • Proven track record of delivering AI projects with measurable impact. • Passion for innovation : A curiosity-driven mindset, eager to explore uncharted AI territories. • Positive attitude & collaboration : Ability to inspire teams, communicate complex ideas clearly, and thrive in fast-paced environments. • Bonus : Contributions to open-source AI projects, publications, or patents.
