As a Principal AI Engineer , you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions , including agentic workflows, multi-agent collaboration (MCP), and AI-to-AI (A2A) systems . Your work will drive innovation and automation, ensuring our AI systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the latest advancements in AI. This role is ideal for a technical expert who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI. Responsibilities • AI Architecture & Development : Design and deploy agentic workflows and MCP systems to automate and optimize complex processes. • A2A Systems : Develop frameworks for AI-to-AI interaction , enabling seamless collaboration between AI systems. • Innovation & Research : Lead R&D in explainable AI, federated learning, and privacy-preserving techniques to enhance model performance and trust. • Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core platforms and workflows. • Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. • Ethical AI : Ensure AI models and workflows adhere to ethical standards and best practices. Skills • Significant hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, with a focus on autonomous systems, agentic workflows, or multi-agent collaboration . • Agentic & MCP Expertise : Proven experience in designing autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, or A2A collaboration frameworks . • Technical Mastery : Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, JAX, and cloud platforms (GCP or Others) . • Innovation Mindset : Track record of pioneering AI solutions, contributing to open-source projects, or publishing research. • Collaboration & Mentorship : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers. • Bonus : Contributions to open-source AI projects , patents, or publications in AI/ML .
