Team / division overview This permanent position supports DWS’s Alternatives platform in the effective execution of AML/KYC controls. The role reports to the Senior Team Manager Client Due Diligence Transactional and contributes to ensuring a transparent and well‑controlled investment process across Alternative and Illiquid strategies: Your responsibilities: As our KYC Analyst, you will: Perform AML/KYC due diligence on transactions across the Alternatives and Illiquid Investment platform (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Direct Lending, Private Equity). Contribute to the improvement of due‑diligence processes, documentation practices and supporting systems, ensuring clarity and traceability of new and ongoing transactions. Assist in the implementation of regulatory changes and participate in cross‑functional project activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business partners and second‑line control functions, ensuring clear and timely communication of relevant issues. We are looking for:  Experience in AML/KYC, Compliance or Financial Crime functions within financial services; prior exposure to Asset Management or Alternatives is preferred. Good understanding of investment transaction processes; knowledge of Alternative or Illiquid investments is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German language proficiency is considered an advantage. Ability to work independently and reliably, with a structured approach to prioritizing tasks. Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across different departments.
