For more details: https://www.initial.com/in/ About the Role: ● The Assistant Manager- Key Accounts / Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing existing customers and winning new ones. The person will report to the Deputy General Manager. ●The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS: • Should be able to manage existing customers Customer retention Annual contract renewal with price increase Collection / DSO management Up-selling • New Business Development • Market survey, competitor analysis to understand gaps of our services • Control cost and work within the allocated budget • Support the service team by providing client feedback • Attend to other work-related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders. • Account mining, increase product density. • To generate prospective key accounts to strengthen the KA base. KEY DELIVERABLES: Customer (Revenue) retention of 95%+ On-time customer contract renewal of 100% Price increase from existing customers as per target set Manage collection and DSO as per targets set Generate new sales from existing and new customers as per the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly target set CORE COMPETENCIES Excellent Customer Relationship management skills Good communication – both verbal and written Proven track record of customer management and business development Ability to work with cross-functional teams Excellent organisational skills. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s / PG Degree (or it’s equivalent preferably MBA in sales & marketing) with overall sales experience of 4+ years of which 2 years should have been in Managing Key Accounts. Fair knowledge of the geography in which the position will be based Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT Role Type / Key working relationships: Individual Contributor Internal team External stakeholders
