Job Description Branch Manager post involves leading branch daily operations, driving sales and maintain excellent customer service in the branch to ensuring customer satisfaction, handle the branch financial/operational risks and maintain profitability and cost mitigation. Are you someone who can Achieve branch targets, cross-sell banking/insurance products (Transact, Invest, lend insure), and identify new opportunities. Ensure service delivery, manage branch budget, adhering to compliance/regulatory standards, and manage credit/operational risks. Manage and motivate staff, foster a positive culture, and develop talent. Drive client satisfaction and address complaints.   Drive migration from Legacy to platform (Digitization). You will be an ideal candidate if you Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent. Have a Master’s degree in any of the above qualifications (it will be an added advantage). Have at least 3 years managerial experience, sales/service in financial institution, plus people management experience. Commercial banking or other financial experience is a plus. Have s trong leadership, communication, financial analysis, relationship management, and digital or innovation skills.
