Job Description Minimum Requirements: Namibian Citizenship Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 points 1–3 years relevant experience in collections or administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and action client accounts Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Solid administrative and organizational skills Job Specification: Perform daily collections administration tasks in payroll collections, EFT & debit order collections, as well as legal recoveries including pay-date management. Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets. Timely and effective collection of instalments. Ensure cases are worked within the required Quality standards and turnaround time. Improve the overall collections performance and legal recoveries and reduce bad debt write-offs. Compile and dispatch monthly instalment due lists to clients. Make outbounds calls in accordance with predetermined schedules. Follow up on arrear instalments via various channels in adherence to productivity standards. Ensure correct matching and allocation of receipts. Attend to and resolve client queries. Drive Proactive management of client files from cradle to grave. Provide ad-hoc and weekly reporting as and when required.
