Prepare regular reports on credit control performance and debt recovery. Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and address customer queries. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in credit control, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
