Main Job Duties will be; Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services required for business operations. Raise purchase orders accurately and promptly in the ERP system, review quotations, and manage procurement documentation Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, cost-effective solutions, and quality standards - Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative solutions for cost savings. Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs and align with project timelines. Ensure that procurement processes comply with company policies and industry regulations. Support in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain management Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of import and export procedures would be an added advantage Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. Male candidates aged between 20-25 years are preferred. Valid mortor bike licence.
