Job Description & Summary     Objective of the Role:   As part of the SAP Data and Analytics team you will oversee data migration strategies and lead cross-functional teams to   đ ả m   b ả o   successful project execution. As a   Manager , you will engage with business stakeholders to   establish   practices in data governance and harmonization, while fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and efficiency.         * Responsibilities:   Technical Design & Development   Design, configure, and implement   SAP MDG Data Models   (Material, Vendor, Customer, Business Partner, Finance, Custom Objects).   Develop   and   enhance :    MDG Data Models & Entity Types   UI Modeling / Floorplan Manager (FPM)   Rule-based workflows   Business Rules Framework (BRF+)   validation/derivation rules   Implement   Data Replication Framework (DRF)   for SAP and   non SAP   targets.   Extend and customize MDG using:    ABAP, BAdIs, Enhancements   FPM/   WebDynpro   configurations   MDG APIs, Data Quality rules     Integration & Data Management   Integrate MDG with systems such as   S/4HANA, ECC, SAP PO/PI, CPI, REST/SOAP Services .   Lead MDG-related   data migration, validation, consolidation, and distribution .   Work with   SAP HANA   for data processing and performance tuning.     Project Delivery   Create   technical specifications , test scripts, and   deployment   documentation.   Support   UAT, SIT , issue resolution, and production cutover.   Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to deliver end-to-end solutions.     * Mandatory Skill sets :   SAP MDG, S4HANA, Implementation  projects   *Person Specification:   Highly   confident with   providing   to support users   Strong attention to detail and   a keen   to desire   deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.   Solves complex problems with creative solutions / proposals   Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities     Preferred Skill sets:   Consulting Experience   Years of Experience required:  4-15 years of experience     Education Qualification: B.Tech. /B.E. /MBA / M.Tech ./ M.E./MCA/CA/CMA/ICWA Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Technology, Master of Business Administration Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Application Software, Business Model Development, Business Process Modeling, Business Systems, Communication, Creativity, Developing Training Materials, Embracing Change, Emerging Technologies, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Enterprise Integration, Enterprise Software, Implementation Research, Implementation Support, Implementing Technology, Inclusion, Innovative Design, Intellectual Curiosity, IT Infrastructure, Learning Agility {+ 18 more} Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
