For more details: https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com About the Role: The Executive /Senior Executive is responsible for managing warehouse inventory, coordinating dispatches and logistics, optimising stock movement, and ensuring timely reporting through accurate MIS. The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.  Job Responsibilities: Maintain warehouse inventory within defined stock limits. Review branch indents and ensure timely dispatch of items, updating branches on order status. Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams for smooth material flow (incoming and outgoing). Identify non-moving inventory at branches and facilitate liquidation through other branches. Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports on indents versus dispatches. Key Result Areas: Inventory Management Logistics Coordination Reporting & MIS Problem-Solving Time Management Educational Qualification / Other Requirement: MBA/PGDM with 1-3 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning Good verbal & written communication skills.  Knowledge of Procurement and warehouse management activities, and basic Working on ERP/Navision Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office  Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
