Sie begleiten unsere Project Manager von der Angebotsanfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss und übernehmen Verantwortung für vertragliche Themen. Dank Ihrer technischen Expertise sind Sie in der Lage, komplexe Themen präzise einzuordnen und in den richtigen Kontext zu setzen. Mit Ihrem Engagement minimieren Sie die kommerziellen Risiken und eröffnen Wege zu neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten. Ihre Aufgaben: Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemässen Umsetzung vertraglicher Verpflichtungen und Rahmenbedingungen Identifikation und Bewertung wirtschaftlicher Risiken, Entwicklung strategischer Massnahmen Beratung der fachlichen in vertraglichen Fragestellungen Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Tools im Vertragsmanagement Ihre Ausbildung/Voraussetzungen: Technischer Studienabschluss FH/HF mit Weiterbildung im Vertragsrecht Zusatzausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft von Vorteil Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse von komplexen Vertragsbedingungen und Sicherstellung der Vertragserfüllung im Projektgeschäft Erfahrung in der Durchsetzung von vertraglichen Ansprüchen von Vorteil Selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, sowie hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit Verhandlungssicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit, Qualitätsdenken Sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Es erwartet Sie eine umfassende Einarbeitung in das interessante Fachgebiet der Bahntechnik, das Teil einer innovativen und zukunftsgerichteten Branche ist.
