" Job Description & Summary:        A career in our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team, within Deals Transaction Services, can   provide   you   the opportunity to help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. As part of the team, you can help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analyzing and assessing all the financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions being made.     Responsibilities:     Independently manage projects of medium to large complexity.   Exhibit strong business acumen and analytical skills.
