Job Description To play a critical role in ensuring a streamlined and effective process environment across national sales operations. This role is responsible for defining, adapting, managing, and governing the processes and operational rules that sales teams must align with and execute nationally. Serving as the integration point for all specialties within the Enablement Team, ensuring cohesive collaboration and alignment. Acting as the operational backbone for the successful execution of business processes, strategic projects and line function upskilling and capability development. This position requires a strong focus on operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement to support business assurance and compliance. Develop the annual budget aligned with operational plans and strategic priorities. Research and design long-term financial resource plans. Present business cases to secure financial resources. Analyse forecasts and develop implementation plans. Create tactical budgets that minimise expenditure and manage costs. Control and authorise expenditures in line with financial regulations. Design and implement customer service solutions aligned with organisational values and service standards. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships that enhance brand trust. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery to proactively prevent issues. Implement service efficiency models and best practices. Align service delivery processes and channels to enhance customer experience. Monitor and evaluate customer touchpoints for effectiveness. Build relationships to manage expectations and foster knowledge sharing. Engage cross-functionally to provide and receive work support. Sustain a competitive edge through external networking, benchmarking, and representation on relevant forums Identify competency and skill requirements for self and team. Facilitate personal development plans and monitor progress. Promote cross-functional skills transfer and continuous learning. Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback. Encourage a culture of self-driven problem solving and growth. Contribute to the area’s transformation plan and ensure implementation. Drive cultural change to promote diversity and inclusion. Align workforce planning with legislative requirements and transformation targets. Support employment equity in recruitment and employee movement. Foster an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive. Manage team performance against individual and group targets. Oversee performance moderation, disciplinary actions, recognition, and retention. Build succession plans and influence resource planning.
