Zakupów Projektowych (infrastrukturalnych) , który będzie odpowiedzialny za kompleksową koordynację przypływu informacji w ramach realizowanych projektów kolejowych oraz wsparcie organizacji w wyborze podwykonawców. Jeśli jesteś osobą dobrze zorganizowaną, komunikatywną i nastawioną na optymalizację procesów – ta rola może być dla Ciebie! Główny zakres obowiązków: Wsparcie zespołów ofertowych i projektowych w zakresie zakupów. Tworzenie budżetów i planów zakupowych oraz analiza potrzeb projektowych. Tworzenie wycen dla potrzeb ofertowania. Tworzenie i wdrażanie strategii zakupowej dla projektów, w tym koordynacja zakupu kluczowych materiałów i usług oraz ich planowanie strategiczne.  Zarządzanie budżetem zakupowym i optymalizacja kosztów Monitorowanie ryzyka i opóźnień w realizacji dostaw. Koordynacja komunikacji między działami. Raportowanie w ramach organizacji. Obsługa systemów zakupowych. Wsparcie negocjacji z dostawcami. Nasze wymagania: Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne lub ekonomiczne (preferowane kierunki: budownictwo, transport, telekomunikacja, logistyka). Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia zawodowego na podobnym stanowisku. Znajomość procesów zakupowych i logistyki dostaw. Umiejętność zarządzania budżetem projektu i koordynacji harmonogramów. Znajomość OCM/ERP oraz narzędzi do zarządzania projektami infrastrukturalnymi/inwestycyjnymi. Zdolności analityczne, komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne. Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego. Mile widziane doświadczenie w roli kupca lub analityka. Co oferujemy: Zatrudnienie na podstawie umowy B2B lub przez firmę zewnętrzną na podstawie umowy o pracę na czas określony (do końca 2026 roku).
