As a Service Specialist (Washroom) at Rentokil Initial, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of washroom facilities at client locations. Your role will involve: Conducting regular inspections of washroom areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Restocking and maintaining supplies such as soaps, sanitizers, and toilet paper. Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any washroom-related concerns promptly. Managing waste disposal and ensuring sanitary bins are regularly emptied and cleaned. Documenting service activities and reporting any issues to the Service Supervisor. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Minimum of “N” levels or equivalent. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to work on-site at various client locations.
