The Tribe Digital Client Channels  develops and operates new digital client channels for business clients. As a Senior Business Functional Analyst (m/f/x) within the Tribe Digital Client Channels, Corporate Bank,  you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the development of user-friendly and efficient  Online and Mobile Banking Applications for our Business Clients.  You will further develop our solutions as part of an agile organization, actively contributing to the digitalization and automation of key banking processes. Your key responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Identifying the full spectrum of business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for the development and implementation of solutions. Create (BPMN) models, diagrams, write user stories and other documentation that support the target audience in understanding the business requirements. Impact & Technical Analysis : Analyzing and evaluating the effects of planned changes, providing high-level API schemas and assessing change impacts on systems and processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Ensure clear understanding of requirements and expected outcomes by collaborating closely with engineering, QA, and UI/UX designers, supporting flow creation. Stakeholder Alignment:  Facilitate communication and alignment between business divisions and solution providers (IT Product Owners, Business, QA, Designers, Engineering). Solution Shaping:  Contribute to shaping user-friendly digital solutions by actively driving requirement definition and functional design. Your skills and experiences Open, empathic personality with strong communication skills that knows how to convince others, set priorities and can implement tasks self-dependently and in high quality Multiple years of relevant job experience as Business Functional Analyst, ideally in the context of agile projects within a bank or for digital applications. Familiar with Business Analyst tools and methodologies such as creating diagrams (e.g., Data Flow, Use Case modelling) and Mock-ups, writing User Stories in Jira, and documenting in Confluence. Academic background in science, business or technical discipline with focus on IT or similar qualifications Strong stakeholder management and communication, effectively bridging business and technical teams in English (German a plus).
