Job Summary To support the growth of the company by focusing on customer-centered, quality sales in a telesales environment. Job Description Representative Telesales Instant Life (FAIS) Fixed Term Contract Treat customer fairly and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure excellent and professional sales of all Instant Life products. Ensuring profitability of self and the company by converting a campaign relevant percentage of all leads to sales. Ensure that productivity targets are met. Achieve required NTU’s rates. Minimum requirements: National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification. RE 5 with 150 FAIS credits in Life Insurance products Basic Understand of Funeral Products Basic Understanding of insurance Minimum 2 – 3 years Sales and Retentions experience will be advantageous. Skills: High energy  Relationship building Strong negotiation Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure Strong track record of meeting targets Self-Motivated Time Management Education Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
