Responsibilities: Job Summary: We are looking for an SAP BASIS Manager with at least 12+ years of experience. The SAP Basis Consultant will be responsible for managing the technical infrastructure of SAP systems. This includes the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of the SAP landscape, as well as the management of system performance and capacity. The candidate will work closely with business team in understanding the requirement and work with functional teams to design and implement the solution. The candidate should be able to work independently and to extend needed technical support to the team. · Strong understanding of the SAP business process · Planning, designing, and implementing SAP system landscapes, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. · Managing the installation and configuration of SAP systems, including the operating system and database setup. · Defining and implementing strategies for SAP system maintenance, including system updates, patches, and upgrades. · Supervising SAP system performance and capacity to ensure optimal system operation and user experience. · Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems, including system failures and performance problems. · Providing mentorship and support to SAP Basis team members and other stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and end-users. · Designing and maintaining technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and maintenance procedures. · Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and services. · Participating in project planning and execution, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations. · Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Architecture, Installation, Upgrade, Refresh, and Administration · Good experience SAP System Migration using Homogenous and Heterogeneous · Should have worked with middleware like SAP PI / PO and Administration · Good knowledge on new technologies like SAP BTP, SAC, and cloud · Experience in Solution Manager Architecture, Upgrade, and Administration · Excellent Communicational, Interpersonal and Presentation skills. Qualification: · Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Master of Computer Application. · Having an SAP Technical Certification is preferred.
