Job Description To implement the Business Intelligence strategy and translate tactical strategy in actionable goals; to understand the business environment and requirements in order to analyse data and provide relevant analytical and quantitative insights to business for operational, tactical and strategic decisioning. Hello Future BI Analyst We’re seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to partner closely with the Data Manager – CVO in elevating insight‑driven decision‑making within the Credit Card business. This role is central to transforming complex data into clear, compelling intelligence that drives customer profitability and strategic value. You will play a key role in building and optimising Power BI dashboards , leveraging enterprise data to surface actionable insights across the CVO portfolio. Working at the intersection of business strategy and data capability, you will translate requirements, streamline data flows, and support the broader data vision set by the Data Manager. This is an opportunity for a detail‑driven, commercially minded analyst who is passionate about visual storytelling, enabling smarter decisions, and shaping customer value outcomes. Core Focus Areas: Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Partner with CVO, Product, and Data teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions Leverage enterprise & cloud‑based data assets to drive insight quality Support data governance, data quality, and metadata standards Enable continuous improvement of data visualisation and reporting frameworks Integrate with the Data Manager’s data strategy to amplify ROI and customer value Requirements: Relevant qualification in Data/Analytics/Information Systems 6–8 years’ experience in a BI/analytics or business analysis role Strong Power BI, SQL, data modelling, and visualisation capability Exposure to enterprise data warehousing and cloud environments (advantageous) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work internally and externally across cross‑functional teams You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate Challenging Working Opportunities to innovate Are you interested to take the step?
