This position is a 100% work from home role, requiring strong capability to operate effectively within a virtual environment. While the role offers a degree of flexibility once fully established, additional working hours may be required during peak or pressurised periods. The position provides essential support to various functional groups through the execution of a wide range of specialised clerical and administrative tasks. Accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to high quality output are integral to success within this role. Responsibilities REMchannel® Data Management & Analysis Conduct REMchannel® data uploads, including capturing, formatting, validating, and analysing client data for submission to the online portal. Generate, extract, and format statistical and analytical reports from the REMchannel® system. Participate in business assignments and ad‑hoc projects as required to support departmental and organisational objectives. Client & Key Account Manager (KAM) Support Provide operational and administrative support to Key Account Managers. Create presentations and compile supporting documents for external clients, including the preparation of industry information session materials using Excel and PowerPoint. Compile RFQs and business‑required compliance documentation in accordance with company procedures. Documentation, Reporting & Administration Compile, arrange, and process data sets; perform calculations; prepare and lay out reports; and maintain accurate and comprehensive filing systems. Execute administrative duties such as minute‑taking, formatting documents and reports in line with REMchannel® standards, and maintaining specialised records. Resolve data discrepancies and consult professionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Business Support & Systems Adherence Ensure strict adherence to all business tools, systems, and platforms used within the REMchannel® environment. Follow established procedures, maintain data integrity, and apply organisational standards consistently across all outputs. Demonstrate competence in prescribed business tools to enable accurate data processing, effective communication, and seamless operational support. Use all systems in alignment with company protocols and remain compliant with data governance requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance tool usage, system efficiency, and workflow effectiveness. Job Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience Matric essential. Tertiary qualification required (relevant field advantageous). Background in Remuneration & Benefits preferred. Payroll experience is highly advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Advanced Excel proficiency essential. Strong numerical reasoning and analytical ability. Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy. Proven administrative capability in a fast‑paced environment. Deadline‑driven with a strong affinity for working with numbers. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and precision.
